Please note all sales are final. At 18650Battery, we adhere to strict policies to maintain the quality and integrity of our offerings. Due to the nature of lithium-ion batteries and related electronic products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an order has been shipped.
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you have any questions or need additional information about our products, please reach out to our customer service team before placing your order. Our knowledgeable staff is here to provide detailed information and assist you in making an informed decision.
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or defective, please refer to the policies below and contact us for support.

Lithium-ion cells degrade with usage, charge/discharge cycling, age, and other factors, and may subsequently fail prematurely. 18650Battery.com does not provide any warranty or guarantee of compatibility, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose (e.g., a specific electronic device, electronic application, battery pack, etc.). The customer or user is solely responsible for determining whether a particular cell, battery, or product is suitable and/or compatible for use in a specific electronic device, for a particular electronic application, or for their own particular use.
The products on this website are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, 18650Battery.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 18650Battery.com does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of materials on this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability, or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Defect Claims
Products claimed as defective are eligible for replacement only and will not be refunded. Replacements will be provided for the same brand and model only. Each product will be inspected prior to replacement, and the serial/lot number must match the one we shipped to you. You are responsible for return shipping costs, while we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
After the claim timeframe has passed, any applicable manufacturer's warranty will apply, and you must pursue the claim directly with the product manufacturer. Please note that replacements are limited to one per item per order.
RMA Number
You must obtain an RMA number within the applicable timeframe for a defect claim. The RMA number should be written on the return shipping label or box. Products returned without an RMA number will not be eligible. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days and the return must be shipped within this timeframe. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued.
Cylindrical Lithium-ion Cells (18650, 21700, etc)
Cell voltage must be checked with a multi-meter before the first charge. A cell which is DOA (dead cell, will not accept a charge) can be returned and replaced with the following conditions:
- DOA claim must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Batch/Serial numbers must match those which originated from our facilities.
- Cells/batteries must be new/unused in the original condition as shipped/received without signs of use
- All original packaging must be included
Note: Cylindrical lithium-ion cells which have been charged/discharged/soldered/welded/assembled/used or otherwise not in the same exact condition as delivered are not eligible. We do not guarantee compatibility of any cell with any device, application, or use.
