I recently made a large capacity power bank myself, so I bought 10 18650 batteries. After they arrived, I measured each battery and the result was: the capacity was about 3400-3450mAH, and the internal resistance was about 18 milliohms. Very satisfied!

I have a small cheapo hand vacuum. The original battery is labeled 3.7 v, 1200 mAh, 4.44Wh. It ran a coupla minutes before being discharged. Your battery ran it for 15 minutes.....'nuff said.
Seem to be good batteries 🔋 I’ve charged them all up and they seem to be holding charge good.. they do take a lot longer to charge but that’s fine for me if they hold the charge longer for what I’m using it for
