I ordered and paid for four 3450mAh 18650 batteries. I received 3300mAh batteries, but only 2 were up to specs, the other 2 were only rated at 3273 and 3184mAh respectively. Returns are a pain in the neck, so please deliver what customers paid for.

You will most likely be shipped batteries with stamped rating of 3300mAH. So I'm not sure why these are listed here at 3450mAH. Either way, I'm happy with the batteries. They do need to fix the listing or ship the 3450 battery.
